FAMILIA (DIF): A Mexican
social service
agency headed by the current Mayor’s wife, provide help for the
neediest
members of the community, primarily abused women, children and seniors,

SOCIETY OF BAJA CALIFORNIA
(USBC): Is primarily a social group serving as the hub of
information for the English speaking community of the Rosarito area.

SISTERS
OF MERCY – Their outreach caters to families who live on the
hillsides of Rosarito, Baja California.
The Sisters of
Mercy, through the generous donations of many people, have been able to
build
homes for over 50 families. Sister Clare devotes her time teaching
others to
improve by offering English and computer classes as well as sponsoring
sewing
lessons, etc. Through contributions, they also send many children to
school
each year. Each Christmas a Posada is held, with over 2,500 people
lining up as
early as 6:00 a.m. to receive their gifts. If you want to help, contact
